This is why Dr. Nelson has attained all the necessary training and certification required to perform the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP®).
LANAP® is the least invasive Phoenix, AZ dental care procedure available for the treatment of gum disease. In fact, it is the only method of laser gum surgery that has been cleared by the FDA for use on patients. Rather than using a blade to cut away tissue, LANAP® uses a laser to selectively remove only the diseased tissue, leaving the healthy tissue completely intact. The result of this innovative new dental care procedure is less pain and less bleeding.
